Everything you need to know about managing your Syncroni Savings accounts online.
Getting started
Visit the registration page at /authentication/register/ and follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need your account details, a valid email address, and a mobile number for verification.
Go to /authentication/login/ and enter your username or email address followed by your password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you'll receive a one-time code by email.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes.
Log in to your account, go to Security settings, and follow the steps to enable 2FA. We'll send a one-time code to your registered email each time you log in.
Managing your accounts
Your balance is shown on the dashboard as soon as you log in. Select any account to see the current balance and recent transactions.
Go to Accounts, select the account, then choose Statements. Select your date range and download as PDF or CSV.
Yes — go to Accounts, tap the account you want to rename, then select Edit nickname.
Log in and go to Accounts, then select Open a new account. Choose your currency and account type to proceed.
Transfers & Payments
Go to Transfers, select Internal transfer, choose the source and destination accounts, enter the amount and confirm.
Go to Payments > Manage payees > Add payee. You'll need the recipient's account details and a reference.
Daily transfer limits are set based on your account level. You can view your current limit in Security settings.
Most external transfers to UK banks arrive within 2 hours. International transfers typically take 1–2 business days.
