Accounts
Visit /authentication/register/ to open a new account. The process takes about 10 minutes online.
Contact our support team via live chat or phone to request account closure. Please ensure all balances are withdrawn first.
Yes — you can hold accounts in any currency we support. Go to Accounts > Open new account to add a currency.
Log in, go to Profile > Edit details and update your address. You may be asked to provide proof of address.
Cards
Common reasons include insufficient funds, a frozen card, or a transaction flagged as suspicious. Check the app for details.
Open the app, go to Cards, select the card and tap Freeze. You can unfreeze it the same way at any time.
Go to Cards > Report lost/stolen in the app immediately, or call our 24/7 fraud line.
Yes — go to Cards > Manage card > Change PIN in the app.
Transfers
Internal transfers are instant. UK bank transfers arrive within 2 hours. International transfers take 1–2 business days.
Your daily transfer limit is shown in Security settings. You can request an increase by contacting support.
Instant transfers cannot be cancelled once sent. For scheduled transfers, go to Payments and cancel before the scheduled date.
International transfer fees depend on the currency and amount. We'll always show you the fee clearly before you confirm.
